Twitter launches new platform support

Support Team Twitter is a small group of 14 individuals and four engineers whose goal is to help people use Twitter, as the site develops very quickly the company felt the need to create this team. It is now easy to find answers to his questions, to know the updates on known issues. The results of the search bar has also been improved.

The site is organized by themes and issues groups to find what you're looking for quickly.
If you click Help on the Twitter site, you will find three topics:

Company: Who will be available soon and will answer questions from features that Twitter offers businesses

The Blog of state: Who gathers all the updates to the service, when problems happen on the site.
