Shaadi.com, in a tie-up with cellular service provider Vodafone, launched ‘Shaadi.com on Vodafone’- a matrimonial service on Vodafone mobile phone. The announcement of the first of its kind service in the country comes close on the heels of collaboration between Shaadi.com and Dish TV.
Speaking on the occasion, Harit Nagpal, Director – Marketing and New Business, Vodafone Essar, said, “With ‘Shaadi.com on Vodafone’ customers can search for a life partner on the go, on SMS or call; without having to necessarily log on to the net. This is another important service to add value to our customers’ lives.”
This service can be accessed by Vodafone customers through a call, SMS or on Vodafone live at the cost of Rs.3/SMS, Rs.6/min and 10p/kb respectively.

Nokia introduced elegance mobile phone the Nokia 3610 Fold
Nokia has just presented a new handset of this kind, named Nokia 3610 Fold and scheduled for a commercial release before the end of September.
The new 3610 Fold doesn't come with anything special; it's just an elegant-looking device that packs a range of basic features. But this is not a bad thing, as there are lots of consumers who don't need advanced handsets.
With a 1.3 Megapixel camera and 6x digital zoom, the Nokia 3610 Fold makes it easy to capture memories and share moments with others. The bright 2” screen of the Nokia 3610 Fold displays pictures, messages and web pages in up to 262K colors while the external display indicates incoming calls, messages or an analogue clock With support for optional microSD cards of up to 4GB the Nokia 3610 Fold comes with ample memory for pictures, videos, music and more.
Nokia 3610 Fold will have four color versions: red, rose, blue and green. The The Nokia 3610 Fold will launched in September of 2008 for an estimated retail price of EUR 125 (around $190) excluding taxes and subsidies.
