Developer Kit WebSDK from Sony Ericsson

At the annual Web2.0 Conference in New York, Sony Ericsson has shown a beta version of a set of tools for developing Web applications (WebSDK). Sony Ericsson WebSDK is a set of tools for developing applications that will allow both web developers and developers of mobile applications to create solutions for devices based on the Google Android platform and Symbian Foundation.

"By creating Sony Ericsson WebSDK, we aimed to combine all the possibilities of web technologies in mobile applications and provide Web developers greater access to easy-to-use tools and platforms for mobile phones - commented Christopher David (Christopher David), director of development and attract partners Sony Ericsson. - We are launching this initiative in conjunction with the community PhoneGap and invite developers to join us, because we have a line of advanced mobile devices and can offer a transparent scheme of profit.

Created in collaboration with the community of developers of open applications PhoneGap, tool kit Sony Ericsson WebSDK makes it possible to create applications for Sony Ericsson on Google Android platform and Symbian Foundation, since the recently announced Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 will be available and Sony Ericsson Satio.
