ATI Catalyst: the graphics drivers to version 9.11

ATI, a subsidiary of AMD that specializes in the design of video processors, has just delivered a new version of Catalyst drivers for video cards of the Radeon.

Stamped 9.11 and compatible with Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7, this grind provides support for hardware acceleration for H.264 video content in Adobe Flash Player 10.1 beta and improved quality when video conversion with significant reduction of the resolution.

The release notes also mention the resolution of many bugs. For Windows 7, some related to the WinDVD and PowerDVD software, video games Tom Clancy's HAWX (DirectX 9 and DirectX 10), Wolfenstein and Word in Conflict (DirectX 10). In Windows Vista then other affected application PowerDVD games Age of Conan, Crysis Warhead and Supreme Commander. In Windows XP, finally, there was a problem with Battefield 2142 running on a multi-GPU configuration.
