Skyfire, whose CEO Jeff Glueck was quick to congratulate his successful competitor, last Tuesday on his blog, while stressing the fostering of Apple's decision. "The Skyfire team followed the submission of Opera and the market for the iPhone and iPad closely, and that will certainly accelerate our strategy on these media." Glueck said.

We can therefore expect an official announcement of a version of Skyfire for iPhone in the coming weeks.
