Facebook groups will provide up to date

Supplanted by the fans pages in the latest version of Facebook, groups are not abandoned and given new insights into the social network.

Among the approximately 300 million active users of Facebook, several were visibly worried about the fate of groups that have tended to be evicted by the fans pages. Facebook concedes that the activities for the groups were isolated from the top group and it is often difficult to find what is happening within a group. Duly noted, a small percentage of users is entitled to a renewal of Facebook groups, before extending to all users in the coming days.

Facebook ad and a new design for groups to make them similar to other components of the site as profiles and pages. The groups will have a wall that "summarizes all the recent activities of a group of people" and an editor that allows members to share their content. Group activities appear to share equally in the wire news and feature publication of a friend (not all members of a group).

According to Facebook, if the Groups and Pages are similar now, they serve different purposes. Groups linked to the "collaboration between members," Pages are the "best way to broadcast messages to your fans if you are a business, organization, or other public figure." Facebook currently has more than 45 million of which some groups in life sometimes ephemeral that may trigger controversy like neo-Nazis in the past.

According to information from our colleague Wikikou a new formatting more general Facebook is also preparing with the onset of flow and Top News Recent News (a feed split into two), a highlighted dates birthday, a page load faster.
