Dawn Of War 2: The Last Stand is available

In late August, Relic Entertainment has said the imminent arrival of a "bonus" for his free Warhammer 40,000: Dawn Of War II. Entitled The Last Stand, the "bonus" in question has landed last night and downloaded directly from Steam. This Relic to meet the expectations of many players by offering a game mode focused on two aspects combat arena / survival.

In the shoes of a hero (Space Marine, Ork and Eldar), each player must team up with two partners to resist waves tyrant ever-increasing, ever more powerful. Two goals can be achieved by the team thus constituted: survive as long as possible and / or achieve the highest score. It is important to know what purpose it seeks to achieve, because the strategies are significantly different with, for example, the need to control certain locations on the map to maintain a point multiplier at a high level ... Less useful if one only wants to keep as long as possible.

Different objects are naturally present to help the players to resist the tyrant and the proper use of machine guns and grenades others is the key to keep. To ensure that all fans can test themselves against each other, a classification system was introduced, rising hero is stored on servers and is associated with the player's gamertag. The Last Stand is a little late on Planned original Relic, but its arrival is accompanied by various patches / rebalancing for the multiplayer mode of Warhammer 40,000: Dawn Of War II. Finally, we have a video (in English unfortunately) to illustrate the new game mode.
