Twitter Spaces: tweets are now pinpointed

Twitter announced Monday it had begun the deployment of a new geolocation feature the standard version and its mobile website. With "Twitter Places, users can now set only if they wish, their positioning in their tweets, through location-based functions of modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari), or conversely consult recent articles published since a given place.

New features of the programming interface (API) are published for the occasion, with a view to joining the "Twitter spots" to all sorts of other applications. One can expect such functions to share photos and videos from multiple applications géolocalisent their publications on Twitter.
