Toshiba promises Flash memory modules of 128 GB

Toshiba is pleased to announce the entry into next generation Flash memory modules with a capacity of 128GB Due to their small size, they will favor the manufacturer claims the development of memory cards , music players, mobile phones and other tablets with a storage more significant than does the current offer.


Composed of sixteen flash memory chips with a capacity of 64 Gb unit (8GB), these modules measure 32 nanometers engraved 17 x 22 mm with a thickness of 1.4 mm. Compatible with EMMC v4.4 specifications, they would offer performance of about 55 MB / s read cons 21MB / s write.
