Samsung LCD monitors "50 Series" with No Mercury

Samsung just announced the launch of new models of LCD monitors in its lineup Touch of Color, the 50 Series. Featuring an attractive design and end (19mm only), these displays are Energy Star 5.0. They do not contain mercury or halogenated organic compounds or volatile and are designed to be recyclable.

Currently, four models make up this range: the BX2050 (20 inches), BX2250 (21.5 inch), BX2350 (23 inches) and BX2450 (24 inches). They have a system with backlight LED display and a resolution of 1600 x 900 pixels (for 20-inch) or 1920 x 1080 pixels. The response time is 2 ms (5 ms for the BX2050) - which suggests the use of a TN - while the contrast ratio is 1000: 1. The brightness reaches its next 250 cd / m². The BX2050 has VGA and DVI, the other models enjoying VGA and HDMI (x2).

Expected next month, the BX2050, BX2250, BX2350 and BX2450 should be marketed at $ 229, respectively, 269 dollars, 329 dollars and 359 dollars. Is probably as euros, once our land ...
