iPhone 4: Apple apologizes for having been a victim of its success

Apple yesterday released a statement , modestly entitled "Declaration on the Apple iPhone 4 pre-order" in which he apologized for the many failures in the ordering procedure and payment of his latest. "Our apologies to all those who have encountered difficulties, we hope they try again, or they will visit an Apple Store or in the shop of an operator once the iPhone 4 will be in stock," does indicate statement.


Behind this humility displayed, this release is also an opportunity to celebrate the departure on the hats of wheels preorder. Apple stated that it took "more than 600,000 advance orders for the iPhone 4" on the day of its opening. "This is the record number of preorders that Apple has ever made in one day and was well above what was expected," adds the Cupertino, thus justifying the failures.

This little word of apology has naturally gained an increase of 2.91% for Apple stock.

In France, the iPhone is already four "unavailable" at SFR, the only operator to have announced and to take pre-order. It is however available on the online Apple Store, but the date of shipment after that night of June 24 to July 2.
