Archos launches its 13-inch laptop to 400 euros

The French manufacturer Archos now selling his '13 3 PCs, laptops, entry-level offering a netbook type configuration, combined with Windows Home Edition Premium 7, within a frame that has a slab 13.3 inches. Marketed by direct sales to 399.98 euros , the "13 3 PC" seems to want his own way to bridge the world of netbooks, generally smaller, and that of traditional laptops.
