In a statement Yahoo! announced the redesign of its Yahoo! Profiles renamed Yahoo! Pulse which now allows to manage his account Facebook .
Yahoo! Pulse aims to make the portal the center of social activities of the user.
Customers who use both Yahoo and Facebook can now connect their accounts, they can now, from one or other of the two sites to share info.
Both companies rely on interactions between their services. The newsfeed is the social network and visible throughout the portal Yahoo and content created on it can be easily shared and commented on Facebook, without departing from this portal.
Yahoo offers more to its members, to establish links with their Facebook friends.
The company says it has paid special attention to privacy settings of Yahoo Pulse.
Subsequently Yahoo! Should integrate this service to other social networks like Twitter
