Download Moblin version 2.1

The mobile operating system Moblin, specially designed for the Intel Atom is available in version 2.1. The grind is consistent with a greater number of machines with the support of a wider range of screen resolutions.

In addition to a new browser faster and able to handle different plugins and extensions, Moblin 2.1 is more compatible with 3G modems and loads a new manager for Ethernet, WiFi, WiMAX and 3G. In turn the Bluetooth has been improved and the machine can connect to different types of compatible devices (headsets, keyboards, mouse) and make transfers with a phone. Moblin Application Installer wizard to install applications, was directly integrated into the system. Via the latter it will be possible to find the software of choice through a catalog. Finally, note that the configuration of IM accounts was facilitated and that Moblin is currently working on various translations including French.

Recall that Moblin, unveiled in July 2007, is based on the Linux distribution Fedora.
