CDMA Moto G at Rs 13,490 in India

Now Reliance Communications is offering the CDMA version of the best-selling smartphone for the Indian market.

Reliance online store has listed an 8GB model for Rs 13,490. This means, it is slightly expensive than the Rs 12,499 price for the 8GB model on Flipkart.

Reliance has imported the new handsets and so one shouldn’t expect the official warranty. However, RCom is providing its own warranty for one-year. The online store also offers Droid Mini and Droid Ultra CDMA smartphones that aren’t officially launched in India. The Droid Ultra is priced at Rs 46,490 and Droid Mini at Rs 32,490. It is offering all these devices with no down-payment as well as upfront payment plans.

It features a 4.5-inch HD 'edge-to-edge' display with a resolution of 720x1280 pixels (translating to a pixel density of 329ppi) and boasts of a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 screen. Powered by a quad-core 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor coupled with an Adreno 305 GPU, the Moto G features 1GB of RAM. On the optics front, the Moto G sports a 5-megapixel rear camera along with an LED flash and also includes a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera. The rear camera supports HD (720p) video recording.
