Apple and HTC war began

HTC has accused of violating 20 patents. They relate to the interface smartphone iPhone, its architecture, hardware and software. One patent describes a user interface iPhone, and the first among its inventor Steve Jobs indicated.

In violation of any patents is accused HTC unknown. But reports that the company Steve Jobs is claiming damages and a ban on the importation and sale in the USA 12 smartphones HTC. Among them, five androids, including the Nexus One, marketed under the brand name Google, and seven models with a platform Windows Mobile.

HTC has pleaded not guilty of violating the patents Apple. Representatives of the Taiwanese smartphone manufacturer emphasize that respectful to other people's intellectual property. To protect their interests HTC will collaborate with U.S. justice.
