YouTube updated at the request of Microsoft

To solve a problem publishing videos using Windows Live Movie Maker, YouTube had to make an update to its service.

Since this summer, Windows Live Movie Maker, which is offered via the common installer Windows Live Essentials, is in final version for Windows Vista users and 7. With its new Ribbon interface, Windows Live Movie Maker also offers several features shared with the posting directly to the YouTube platform. Remember that Microsoft has closed this year its own platform for sharing videos, MSN Soapbox. Small quack but after a small update last week's YouTube service.

Users of Windows Live Movie Maker have in fact been unable to take advantage of the YouTube publishing feature due to an authentication issue. This problem has risen to the ears of Microsoft who fired those working with the team at YouTube resolution. A new small update for YouTube and a return to normal yesterday.

This problem does not apparently affected only Windows Live Movie Maker. It's still the entente cordiale as the team Windows Live Movie Maker thank the YouTube for responding so quickly and being a "good partner". Just that ...
