Windows 7 : Microsoft provides support on Twitter

Microsoft opens a new form of help and support that appears on Twitter to initially respond to questions about Windows 7.

With the imminent arrival of Windows 7, Microsoft has seen fit to expand its presence on the microblogging service Twitter. On @ MicrosoftHelps is help and support of Microsoft which has been relocated so that customers benefit from a new distribution channel. If the followers of the world are welcomed, the language of discipline remains English.

On @ MicrosoftHelps, Microsoft is betting monitor and respond to real-time tweets Windows 7, and use these to "improve information, support and experience of its customers with Windows 7. With the Twitter limit 140 characters, it will not necessarily too long speeches and links to help and support more telling may rocket.

If @ MicrosoftHelps not interested for now only Windows 7, its scope will be wider in the future to affect several Microsoft products. Among the first information released since its launch Wednesday, a reminder of the expiry of the RC version of Windows 7: 1st June 2010
