First Pantech WPP-8000 mobile phone with Wi-Fi

Company Pantech introduced its first mobile phone WPP-8000 with the support of wireless network Wi-F. Sales unit is LG Dacon, one of the largest in South Korean service providers of high-speed Internet, voice and data transmission. WPP-8000 uses a special service of LG Dacom myLG070, allowing users to access the Internet via a wireless local area network (the so-called iHub) and read news, weather forecasts and current financial information without an additional download.

Pantech WPP-8000 also supports Caller ID (allows you to see the name and / or the name of the caller or the name of the organization, where the registered phone number) and provides the ability to send text messages.



The company Pantech is planning in the future to produce similar devices, provided that the release of this phone will be successful.
