LG KP106B Launched in India



Indian mobile users in search of affordable handsets have now a new option, as LG has just released the entry-level LG KP106B in the Asian country.

Coming in a candybar form factor, LG KP106B is nothing to get too excited about, as its design is a simple one and its features are only on the basic side. The new handset brings: dual-band GSM connectivity (900 / 1800 MHz), a 1.5 inch CSTN display with 128 x 128 pixels and 65K colors, FM radio, polyphonic ringtones, speakerphone, support for both English and Hindi, calculator, unit converter, world clock, alarms, stopwatch and an internal memory that allows the storage of up to 300 phone numbers and 100 text messages.

The LG KP106B is available in the market for Rs. 2000.
