The slide-out lens cover of the C902 opens to reveal its 5 mega pixels camera with 16x zoom, auto-focus, and face detection. There are eight illuminated camera touch-keys allowing users to select between camera modes, photo flash, face detection, auto-focus, etc, without having to remove their fingers from the shutter button.
The camera is the main selling feature of the Sony Ericsson C902, and it seems to be essentially the same camera found in the K850. Featuring the same multishot capabilities of other recent Cyber-shot phones, the C902 also comes with face detection, red-eye reduction and image stabilisation. Sony Ericsson haven't stated the video capture resolution of the C902, but the old K850 was a little disappointing in this regard.. although it does have a built-in image stabiliser.
In India, Sony Ericsson C902 can be bought from Sony Ericsson Experience Stores and leading mobile retail outlets across the country, in any of its two color versions (Luscious Red and Swift Black), for the retail price of Rs.20,995
