Now ASUS opens service centre in Delhi

ASUS Technology Pvt. Ltd., a part of the Taiwan-based ASUSTeK Computer, on Friday announced the opening of its first exclusive service centre here. The company, that mainly provides notebooks and smartphones in India, would invest Rs. 20 crore in the next two years as part of its service initiatives to provide world-class service to its customers.

''The opening of the ASUS Royal Club in Delhi is a reiteration of ASUS' commitment to providing quality service for its esteemed customers. The company will also be investing Rs 20 crore in the next two years on our service initiatives in India,'' ASUS General Manager (APAC, West Asia and Africa) Benson Lin told reporters here.

After Delhi, the company also plans to expand its footprint to five more cities by the year-end.

The company which recorded 23 billion dollars revenue during last fiscal aims at churning 30 billion dollar in the current fiscal.

Informing that the company had already established a network of 187 ASUS service partners across the country to provide service for their products, Mr. Lin said the company would be offering basic training sessions about notebook hardware from ASUS service engineers to customers who register themselves at any of the ASUS Royal Clubs. In addition, customers who register themselves at the Royal Club within one month of its opening also get an extended three months warranty on their ASUS products.

“The company also provides two years global warranty on all its notebooks and onsite service for its high-end notebook, the ASUS Lamborghini VX3. At these exclusive service centres, ASUS will provide free diagnosis for all brands’ laptops. This along with its toll free number, 1-800-2090-365, will also help provide efficient service to our customers,” he added.
