
The decision will take effect in April 2012 and will prohibit its import HTC Android smartphones shipping this function (ie almost all). It remains to HTC to remove this feature if it wishes to continue selling its phones overseas or modify the implementation of this function. This decision is certainly a victory for Apple, which is at loggerheads with the Taiwanese manufacturer of the U.S. market. With this decision, the manufacturer could lead to apple legal action against other manufacturers of Android smartphones in the U.S..
