IPad 2 million already sold

Apple has sold two million iPad since its launch on April 3, the computer company announced in a statement it would take less than 60 days marketing to reach that figure. First proposed in the U.S. version of Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi and 3G, the touch pad is available since May 28 in France and eight other countries. The iPad will be available in nine additional countries in July.

"Customers worldwide have the opportunity to experience the magic of the iPad, and they seem to enjoy it as much as us," said Steve Jobs in a statement. "We are grateful for their patience and we are working to produce a sufficient number of iPad for everyone.

It is tempting to compare this "score" to that of the iPhone's first name, which had passed 1.4 million copies in 3 months after its release. But the difference is all the same size as the iPhone was only available in the U.S. market, while the iPad is now offered for sale in 9 countries over the USA. Still, the only U.S. territory, the course iPad million sale had been reached on May 3, a month after its launch. The Apple Tablet is offered is an average of more honorable, until competition launches its products .
